To be sure all digital files (process and final) are submitted properly to the wiki and for accreditation collection it is essential that all files be named correctly. Therefore the college has implemented a naming convention that we will follow. Final submittals will occur as PDF files however to have material display on the wiki we will also upload and submit files in JPG format. Developing a personal workflow and folder storage routine for yourself will make this process much easier.

File name structure: Prof.Lastname, Prof.Firstname_Stu.Lastname, Stu.Firstname_ProjectName_IterationNumber_Semester.pdf

Example: Taylor, Chris_YourLastName, YourFirstName_Daily Practice_0000_Spring2015.pdf

All files must be saved in JPG and PDF formats.
