  • Machine use: N/A
  • Tooling Cost: Based on percentage of wear (EX: 15% of 40$ = Carbide tool on foam) depending on material type.
  • Staff Time: $10.00 per 1 hrs (calculate a min ½ hrs used to prepare the file, CAM preparation, part setup and to machine the part, extra time to oversee machining). After parts are finished you need to help clean the work space according to the staff member's instruction.
  • Material: cost as per type (MDF, FOAM, metal sheet..)
