Careful organization and nesting of electronic resources is as important (if not more so) than physical documents. Following a consistent and clear file naming convention is an essential first step. All PDF page files should be named with the following convention:

This system will all for sheets to be inserted within the set as more information is developed and located on pages. The number system at the end of the file name, in this case "1-02.0304" is the sheet number to be printed on our sheet template and in our index listing. This numbering convention will allow the files to sort in order in a directory or folder as well as in sorted lists on the wiki.
