The service is explained as follows and can be found on the Center for Campus Life web site at: http://www.campuslife.ttu.edu/crisis/ The College of Architecture supports the definition of four absences as being excessive. Instructors may encourage the student drop the class if unexcused absences approach being excessive. In the delineation classes, points are deducted for late work at the discretion of the instructor. The final grade will be lowered one grade for each unexcused absence in excess of three absences. Excused absences are at the discretion of the instructor. If you must be absent, contact the instructor immediately. Do not wait until you receive a letter noting excessive absences from the academic dean.
